Days of Ruin

Days of Ruin was founded in 2017 by former members of Road To Nowhere, Omnicide, and Paranoia. Shortly thereaf-
ter, Michael Stucki, former vocalist of Art of Phobia, joined the band.

Musically, Days of Ruin blends old-school metalcore with the heaviness of death metal, driving grooves and uncompromising live energy. It’s not about meticulously crafted images or maximum complexity, but rather about authenticity, the joy of
playing and a direct connection with the audience.

The Bern-based band has honed this stagecraft since 2017 through many concerts across Switzerland. By winning the
Wacken Metal Battle Switzerland 2026, Days of Ruin proved they are ready for the bigger stages. The jury was particularly
impressed by the band’s ability to captivate the audience with genuine energy and 100% commitment.

Following the 2020 LP “Extinction” and three single releases in 2025, the EP “Age of Ignorance,” set for release on September 25, 2026, marks the next step. Recorded at SOS Basement, the EP combines established live favorites and new tracks to create the band’s most cohesive release to date.
