The unusual band-name stands for the interesting and energetic mixture of five profoundly different but complementary characters, where extremely heterogeneous elements and divergent influences magically converge into a catchy, powerful and multi-faceted rock sound, which is up-to-date and tradition-conscious at the same time.
The three brand new songs “Countdown”, “Dreams For Sale” and “On Monday”, produced by Fabio Trentini (Guano Apes, Stick Men, Donots, H-Blockx, The Intersphere…) showcase the enormous potential of the band and lay the first stone for the realization of their debut album, which is scheduled for release in 2016.
Gli OVERLAPS sono una nuova rock-band proveniente dalla zona di Treviso e Pordenone.
L’inusuale nome del gruppo (“Sovrapposizioni”) simboleggia l’interessante ed energetica miscela di cinque caratteri profondamente diversi ma complementari, dove influenze ed elementi estremamente eterogenei convergono come per magia in un suono rock raffinato, potente e di presa, che sa essere allo stesso tempo al passo coi tempi e legato alla tradizione.
