Amaranthe, Dragonforce & Infected Rain

It was Saturday evening and the lineup made a big promise. Three well known bands shared the stage in the Black Box in Helsinki. Infected Rain from Moldova started with a solid performance and a decent long set. A good portion of the stage was covered with black cloth which teased the next artist.
After a short break, DragonForce revealed what was hidden. Huge game arcades framed the stage that displayed various scenes from old school games and brought back some memories. Also sound wise, since a good amount of the audience looked like they grew up with this band… me including. A very nice trip down to memory lane and a must for all video game and Heavy Metal fans!

Last but not least, it was time for the headliner. And there comes the hotness in play. During the first three songs we got a lot of fire and the lightshow was awesome! Mix was solid and the energy of the band went from the first row all the way to the back. The three voices complemented each other perfectly and the sound was like a BOOOM!
