Arch Enemy, Amorphis, Eluveitie & Gatecreeper

The opening act was Gatecreeper, a death metal band founded in Phoenix. Next on stage was the Swiss folk metal group Eluveitie, which is always just as entertaining with all their instruments. The show of Amorphis had a special feel to it because the band was playing in their hometown. Bassist Olli-Pekka Laine was being substituted by Victor Brandt, known from e.g. Dimmu Borgir.
The night was closed by Arch Enemy, a band that had clearly been highly anticipated. By this point the ice hall was completely full. The band played old classics as well as several songs from the new Blood Dynasty album.
