VÖLKERBALL
On Sunday, the 9 July 2023, the Konzertfabrik Z7 in Pratteln hosted Völkerball with Fireborn as support act. Since it is quite hot around this time, the Bands were playing on the open air stage.
For the gig of Fireborn, the regular guitarist, Florian Bucher was not here. It has been replaced by Romana Kalkuhl from the Burning Witches.
Just before 9pm, Völkerball band entered on stage. The two first songs were without pyrotechnic effect. After that, almost all the others songs with fire. The gigantic stroller in fire couldn’t be missing from the song ‘Puppe’ and the cauldron ignited by a flamethrower of René Anlauff during “Mein Teil” song.
The Völkerball concert lasted 2 hours. I’m sure that fans who love flames on stage were perfectly satisfied with Rammstein’s tribute show.
